Gosford Forest Park are planning to hold their first Annual Country Fair on 29 June 2002. The day is described as a fun day for the family while also having a strong educational theme.
Displays will include the World of Owls, Vintage Vehicles , Forest Service Mobile Education Centre, Armagh District Council Dog Warden, and Composting and Litter information display. The Police Service of Northern Ireland Crime Prevention and the Northern Ireland Fire Service will also be holding demonstrations.
You can also try your hand at metal detecting , archery, and miniature quad racing. Carriage rides will also be available around the park.
Live music, as well as a fun fair and bouncy castle will be there to add to the atmosphere.
There will also be an opportunity to buy from the craft fair, wood turning products , watercolours and floral displays. There will also be a poultry and car boot sale.
Food will be served all day at the Dean Swift Restaurant.
So come along and enjoy a fun filled day for everyone starting at 11.00 a.m.
