Annual Report 1997-98
Summary:
The Forest Service’s annual report for the period 1 April 1997 to 31 March
1998 records the progress toward achievement of the Government’s policies
on forestry. These are the sustainable management of our woods and forests,
and a steady expansion of tree cover to increase the many diverse benefits
that forestry provides.
