Change Management Board
Change Management Board (CMB)
The Change Management Board was set up to develop and plan the Corporate Change Programme, monitor its implementation and make informed decisions on a corporate basis. The Board is primarily made up of senior managers who have responsibility for the delivery and implementation of the various change projects across the Department.
The purpose, aims and objectives of the Change Management Board are to:
- Manage change as a single programme within the Department and aid delivery of DARD’s Strategic objectives (specifically Goal 5 of the Strategic Plan 2006- 2011);
- Align the Department with external policy initiatives being undertaken and applied across the wider Civil Service;
- Oversee and provide direction on the unprecedented levels of change impacting on the Department;
- Approve work programmes and provide direction; and
- Monitor the progress and activities of the various work programmes.
