Strategy Board

The Strategy Board supports the development of the Departments’ Strategic Plan and Corporate Risk Register and fulfils the role of Departmental PfG/PSA Delivery Board. The Strategy Board monitors progress on implementation of the Strategic Plan and aligns the Business Planning and Human Resource planning processes to it.
