Existing Government Gateway users
If you have an existing Government Gateway account (registered as an Individual) you can use this account to access DARD Online Services. Note carefully: Government Gateway accounts registered as an Organisation cannot enrol for DARD Online Services.
New Government Gateway users
If you are new to the Government Gateway, you will need to create a new account. You can do this by going to the DARD Online Services Homepage, and choosing I need a Government Gateway Account. You will be required to provide a name and a valid email address. You need to create your own password and be provided with a 12 digit Government Gateway User ID. It is important to retain this information as this User ID and password will be your login credentials for all future visits.
Government Gateway Agent accounts
Authorised Agents can access DARD Online Services on behalf of individuals assuming approval has been granted. To register as an Agent you will need to contact the DARD Online Services helpdesk on 028 9442 6699 to get your Agent ID. You can then apply only by going to DARD Online Services Homepage and choose register as an agent. The process is the same as an individual account described above.

Enrolment for DARD Online Services

To enrol for DARD Online Services you will need two unique identifiers. These identifiers are your “Known Facts” and are your Customer ID and your DARD Access Key. Your Customer ID may also be known as your Client Reference Number/ IACS/Application Reference. This number will start with 1 or 2 and is not your Business ID. If you do not know your Customer ID contact the DARD Online Services Helpdesk on 028 9442 6699.
Your DARD Access key is a nine digit code, beginning with a letter, followed by seven numerical digits and ending in a letter. This will be posted out to you on your request. If you do not have a DARD access key you can click here to request the letter.
After successful enrolment you will see the list of available DARD Online Services. You can apply to use each of the services by clicking on the service name and requesting access where appropriate. Access will be granted or denied within 24 hours during the working week Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

To login into DARD Online Services you need your Government Gateway User ID (12 digits) issued to you during registration and the password you created during registration.
