Equality Impact Assessment - Rationalisation of Supply Chain Development Branch

The Department of Agricuture and Rural Development (DARD) has completed an Equality Impact Assessment of the Rationalisation of Supply Chain Development Branch.  Supply Chain Development Branch (SCDB) provides advice and support related to Rural Enterprise and agri-food Supply Chains.  The branch aims to support the Rural Development Programme and diversifying farm businesses, and improve the capacity of agri-food industry stakeholders to develop their Supply Chains.

The consultation period opened on 26th August 2010 and closed on 21st October 2010.

The Final Report below summarises the consultation responses received, the Department responses to them, and the result of the Equality Impact Assessment.
