Draft Welfare of Animals (Dog Breeding Establishments) Regulations

In order to bring forward new Regulations on Dog Breeding Establishments the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development consulted on the Welfare of Animals (Dog Breeding Establishments) Regulations under powers in Section 12 of the Welfare of Animals Act 2011 for 12 weeks from 19 October 2011.

The consultation on the new Dog Breeding Regulations closed on 10 January 2012.
