The Olive Oil (Marketing Standards) Regulations (NI) 2008

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development proposes to make the above regulations. These regulations will set the marketing standards for the packaging, labelling and selling Olive Oil and Olive Oil products. The regulations also establish the powers of inspectors, the responsibility for the enforcement of the regulations and a regime for the approval of packaging plants.
