The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) is consulting on draft Docking of Working Dogs’ Tails (Certification and Identification) Regulations, made under Section 6 of the Welfare of Animals Act (NI) 2011, from 1 July 2011 to 23 September 2011.
