Business Development Branch is an internal service provider within DARD providing a number of internal services to staff. We provide business improvement services including business consultancy services and change management support.
We work in partnership with other business areas in the Department providing a range of services including:
- business improvement advice, support and intervention including, staff grading reviews/assessments, loading assessments, organisational structural reviews and design, process improvement including IT-enabled business change and facilitation;
- change management and corporate programme management office (PMO) services including, governance and control arrangements, benefits realisation management, corporate change communications, project/programme management advice, guidance and support;
