Customer Service Project and Promotions Branch
Customer Service Project & Promotions Branch is part of Rural Development Division within Service Delivery Group (SDG), the latter being one of three management units within the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).
Overall the Department has five strategic goals with SDG focussing on the delivery of these goals to the customer.
DARDs strategic goals are outlined below:
- To improve performance in the market place
- To contribute to the social and economic infrastructure of rural areas
- To enhance animal, fish and plant health and welfare
- To develop a more sustainable environment
- To deliver effectively our services to customers
