What services does Equality Branch provide?
- Provision of advice on compliance with statutory duty (Section 75 of the NI Act 1998)
- Represent DARD on relevant inter-departmental equality working groups
- Contribute to all inter-departmental equality policies
- Implementation of the Anti-Poverty (Lifetime Opportunities) strategy recommendations across DARD
- Provision of advice on providing information in alternative / accessible formats
