Information Management Branch
Information Management Branch is responsible for the provision of policy and procedural advice on information access issues, provision of library services to staff and manage the Department’s Internet presence. Information access issues include Freedom of Information, Environmental Information Regulations and Data Protection.
What services does Information Management Branch provide?
- Provision of advice on Information Management issues including:
- Freedom of Information
- Data Protection
- Environmental Information Regulations
- Records Management
- Electronic Document Records Management.
- Development and implementation of Departmental policies to comply with Information Access legislative requirements;
- Provision of Headquarters Library Services; and
- Development, management and maintenance of the Department’s Internet site.
