What services does Resource Economics Branch provide?
- Publication of the annual report, “Size and Performance of the Northern Ireland Food and Drinks Processing Sector”;
- Ensures compliance with National Statistics protocols and codes of practice;
- Provision of advice on the completion of economic appraisals, and on appropriate appraisal quality assurance procedures;
- Quality assessment of economic appraisals and post project evaluations of projects that use DARD managed funds;
- Design of economic appraisal proformas;
- Provision of training on carrying out economic appraisals/post project evaluations.
