Agriculture Environmental Impact Assessment Decisions

In line with European Council Directive 85/337/EEC, DARD revised the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.

All applications for Environmental Impact Assessments and associated DARD screening decisions will be entered in a register, to which the public shall have access at all reasonable times.
