Customer Service

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality standards of service. We welcome your comments on the quality of service you have received and/or any suggestions you may have on how we can improve the quality of service to you.

What is “Our Customer Service Standards” booklet about?

“Our Customer Service Standards” booklet sets out the level of service our customers can expect to receive from us, how we will treat our customers and what we need our customers to do to help us to help them as quickly as possible.
It also tells customers what they should do if things go wrong and where to find more information on the range of services and programmes we deliver to farmers and rural communities in Northern Ireland.  These standards are based on the NICS Customer Service Principles and have been agreed following feedback from a sample of our customers, stakeholders and staff.
