Poultry and Eggs

The Department is responsible for the implementation of the Egg Marketing Standards and Registration of Establishments Regulations.  This involves the inspection of Egg Production Units, Egg Wholesalers and Egg Packers.  Quality Assurance Branch (QAB) undertakes this work.
