Gangmasters Licensing for Shellfish Gathering

The Gangmasters Licensing Authority is now accepting applications from gangmasters in the shellfish-gathering sector.  Most types of shellfish gathering are covered by the licensing scheme, including hand gathering cockles, mussels and shrimps.  A gangmasters license is not required to gather shellfish from a fishing vessel.  Further information can be obtained by visiting the website below:
