Further to the consultation carried out on "Introducing a System of Administative Penalties for Fisheries Offences" in 2006, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, along with the other Fisheries Administrations. has now completed its policy formulation on the proposals.
Comments on the proposals are welcome and must be made by 25 March 2008 either by post to:
