Pesticides - Use and Regulation

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) is responsible for implementing EU legislation on agricultural pesticides (or plant protection products) in Northern Ireland, and represents Northern Ireland on the Uk Pesticides Forum.

In this work, DARD follows the lead of the Chemicals Regulation Directorate in England.
