Appeals For Pre 2005 Subsidy Schemes

There is a formal appeals procedure for resolving disputes about farm subsidy payments under the Common Agricultural Policy. The procedure comprises of three distinct stages with the final one involving a review of the case by an Independent Panel.

The procedure applies to decisions made on subsidy claims relating to the IACS 2001 and subsequent years for the following schemes:
