Single Farm Payment Regulations

Regulations:
European Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 established the common rules for the direct farm support schemes under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Reform Agreement. Article 1 of this Regulation provides for the introduction of a Single Farm Payment (SFP) Commission Regulation (EC) 1120/2009 lays down the rules for the implementation of the new scheme and Commission Regulation (EC) 1122/2009 provides the rules on Cross Compliance, Modulation and the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS).
