The compensation rate payable for an affected animal, valued in the month of March 2007 will be either:
(a) The animals assessed value; or
(b) £434.00
whichever is lesser.
NEGATIVE Animal:
(a) The animals assessed value; or
(b) £542.50
whichever is lesser.
