PA173/A/07 Brucellosis Compensation Rates For July 2007

The compensation payable, for reactors for which notice of intended slaughter is issued in July 2007 will be either:

a)75 per cent of the animal’s market value: or

b)75 per cent of £988 (75 per cent of £1,288 in the case of pedigree animals)

whichever is the lesser.
