Zoonoses and Animal By-Products (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 2010
Summary:
DARD policy is to recover the full costs of statutory sampling and testing work carried out under the salmonella control programme. In line with DARD’s fees and charging policy, as agreed with DFP, it is necessary to introduce fees legislation to enable the recovery of the costs incurred by DARD under the new regime in respect of the supervision/collection of official samples, and by the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) in respect of testing the samples.
