This document invites your views on a draft Statutory Rule which would ensure full compliance by competent authorities in Northern Ireland with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare legislation. Responses are requested by 8 January 2007.
