Keepers who need to list individual tag numbers on a Sheep & Goats Movement Document (SG2) can use this Continuation Sheet to list additional tag numbers. Please remember to enter the Serial Number of the Movement Document on the continuation sheet, attach a copy to your Movement Document and keep a copy for your records.
