Welfare of Animals During Transport - General Guidance

Summary:

This guidance relates to Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 on the protection of animals during transport (subsequently referred to as ‘the EU Regulation’), and the relevant enforcement legislation. It is issued to aid consistency of understanding and enforcement of the EU Regulation and the national legislation.
