Summary of Consultation Responses regarding the introduction of the Cattle Identification (Notification of Births, Deaths and Movements) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011. The Regulations will allow keepers to notify births and deaths of cattle to DARD by telephone.
