Summary:
Short highlight report from the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) on the key findings from our recent customer survey. NISRA carried out the survey by telephone with a random selection of customers from across the range of customers to whom we deliver services. The fieldwork took place from 26 January to 6 March 2009. Thanks to all our customers who participated in the survey.
