Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009 – full report from NISRA

Summary:

Comprehensive report from the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) on the outcome of our recent customer survey along with recommendations for improvements. NISRA carried out the survey by telephone with a random selection of customers from across the range of customers to whom we deliver services. The fieldwork took place from 26 January to 6 March 2009. Thanks to all our customers who participated in the survey.
