Review of excluded activities
When the current Exclusions Regulations were made, Ministers gave a commitment to review their operation to assess their effectiveness, to ensure that disproportionate burdens are not imposed on business and to consider if the scope of exclusions needs to be amended. Feedback since the introduction of the Regulations suggests that some changes may be required.
