This application form is for approval for the manufacture of products and animal feed containing Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) or Zootechnical Products (code:MOF1) and is required under the Veterinary Medicine Regulations 2009, the Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and Regulation (EC) 183/2005 laying down requirements for feed hygiene.
