Taints in Milk (Safeguard that Natural Taste)
Summary:
Customers expect to receive a natural, nutricious and clean-tasting product - be it in a milk bottle or in a tanker arriving at a factory. So, we must ensure that the way we care for cows and handle their milk on the farm does not allow any unpleasant or unnatural tastes to develop in the raw milk. The following leaflet explains more.
