Single Application - Amendments to areas claimed 2005 to 2010 - SAF3
Amendments to Areas Claimed on Single Application - Form SAF3
A Single Application can be corrected at any time by removing or reducing areas claimed as long as you let Single Farm Payment (SFP) Branch know. This must be done:
- in writing using form SAF3, which was enclosed in the application pack,
- before DARD tells you about an on-farm inspection, and
- provided DARD has not already told you about an error in your application.
If DARD has already told you about a problem with your application or if you have been given notice that an inspection will be carried out and the inspection reveals an irregularity, you cannot withraw or change the part of the application affected by the irregularity.
Detailed guidance about amendments, corrections or the withdrawals of application forms can be found on pages 14-15 of the 'Guide on how to complete your 2011 Single Application and Field Data Sheet'.
For further information please contact Single Farm Payment Branch on 028 7131 9729.
Previous Year's Claims
If you wish to amend a claim submitted in a previous year to reduce the area of a field because of an ineligible feature, you should complete a SAF3 for each year you want to amend a claim. These forms can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate link below or are available from local DARD offices.
