Single Farm Payment - Review of Decisions
Summary:
The “Review of Decisions” process was established to ensure that farmers, who feel that the Department did not reach the correct decision on their
Single Farm Payment entitlement, had access to a review procedure which was fair, impartial and independent.
On request from then Minister Gildernew the Department commissioned an independent review of the process. The review has now been completed and is available to view.
