Summary:
Results of the December 2008 Agricultural sample survey of farms in Northern Ireland. This survey provides estimates of the number of cattle, sheep and pigs on farms in Northern Ireland at the beginning of December. The survey also provides information on levels of hay and silage production and sowings of winter cereals. Released 26 February 2009.
