BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS TESTING ARRANGEMENTS - DELOITTE REPORT
TB Testing in NI is delivered by a combination of veterinary officers from DARD and private veterinary practitioners. Under the existing arrangements for TB testing here, over 90% of routine TB tests are carried out by private veterinary practitioners (PVPs) under contract to DARD. In June 2005, the Department commissioned Deloitte Consultants MCS to review the existing TB testing arrangements.
