Agriculture EIA Decisions

In line with European Directive 2003/35/EC, DARD recently revised the existing Environmental Impact Assessment (Uncultivated Land and Semi-Natural Areas) Regulations (Northern Ireland).

All applications for Environmental Impact Assessments and associated DARD screening decisions will be available to the public for comment within 28 days of publication in the Belfast Gazette.
