Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2001 - 2006

The Rural Development Programme supports community-led projects that stimulate the ecomomic and social regeneration of the most disadvantaged rural areas in Northern Ireland and the Southern border counties.

The Rural Development Programme is administered in Northern Ireland, by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Rural Development Council and in the Republic of Ireland by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
