In order to measure its effectiveness, the Rural Development Programme will receive an independent evaluation. A mid term evaluation has just been completed and will shortly be available for download from this site.

During 2009, the results of the final evaluations of the individual elements of the Programme will be drawn together to consider the overall impact of the 2001-2006 Rural Development Programme.
