The document below sets out the format (guidance notes) for submission of a local rural development strategy for Axis 3 of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2007-2013.

Joint Committees working in partnership with their appointed Local Action Group have been invited to apply for Rural Development funding to deliver Axis 3 and Axis 4 of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2007-2013.
The closing date for applications is 31 July 2008.

Application must be structured in line with the format described; comply with the guidance given; and be coherent with the Northern Ireland 2007-2013 Rural Development Programme.
