Voluntary Modulation

On 11 June 2007 Minister Gildernew announced to the Assembly that she had completed her review of the voluntary modulation rates that had been set by her predecessor (Minister Cairns) and that she intend to reduce the rates.

Under the new Rural Development Programme 2007-13, the rates of voluntary modulation will be as follows:

2007 : 4.5%
