If you are considering applying for support under the Rural Development Programme or are just curious regarding how the Programme could help you, this section is here to help. The following pages will allow you to search information on current funding schemes across the RDP and it contains information on mentoring, training and advice.

The Programme supports a wide range of funding schemes across the entire spectrum of rural life, including support for individuals, businesses and community groups creating opportunities for everyone in the rural community to benefit. This support will help to build a more sustainable rural economy, helping to create a more prosperous future for rural dwellers and improve the quality of local life.
For ideas and inspiration you can read a variety of case studies on past success stories that have benefited from past schemes in the 'About RDP' section of this website.
If you are interested in applying for RDP funding you should be aware that the application processes, opening and closing dates, requirements and criteria change for each scheme.
