Have your Dept issued any advise to farmers re the potential hazards of farming land used for Clay pigeon shooting. Explain why your Dept continue to grant aid Clay Pigeon shoots where lead shot falls on Agric. lands

Extract from email received by CFOI for circulation to all depts: Under the Freedom of Information Act, could you let me know how many EO1 positions there are in Ballymena, Ballymoney and Larne. Could you also advise when they were last filled and if my file has ever been sent to these offices". The phrase "…if my file has ever been sent to these offices" was clarified with the requestor. The applicant would like to know whether or not she was ever considered to fill an EO1 position in the areas specified in her request. I have just been advised that the requestor would like her request transferred to the other Departments, and that permission for this has been received.
