DARD Publication Scheme - what we publish
The Freedom of Information Act (FOI) Act 2000 requires all public bodies to have a Publication Scheme. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) organises the information it makes available by Business Area or Agency. This page outlines the information DARD publishes in the Publication Scheme.
What information we publish
Our publications are organised into classes of information within separate sections. There is a section for Corporate Information followed by a section for each of the Department's main Business Areas and Agencies. The identified classes in each section contain information already in the public domain, information not previously published, and information for future publication. Unless otherwise stated, the documents, reports etc. contained within each class are all current.
