DARD PSA Delivery Agreements 2008-2011

An important element of the new Programme for Government (PfG) 2008-2011 was the establishment of Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets.  DARD has lead responsibility for PSA targets 4, 17 and 23.  Departments are required to produce ‘Delivery Agreements’ for each PSA target.  These Agreements set out the aims of the PSA, how performance will be measured, details of the strategy for delivery, the key risks to successful delivery and the strategy for managing these risks, as well as a summary of how consultation has been carried out.

Attached are the Delivery Agreements for PSA targets 4, 17 and 23.  These were compiled in conjunction with the responsible Divisions/Branches in accordance with the guidance provided by OFMDFM.
