Better Regulation Online Feedback Form

As part of the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) drive to improve the regulatory environment for businesses throughout Northern Ireland, a web feedback form has been designed for businesses to comment on Northern Ireland regulations.  You are encouraged to actively use this web feedback form for relevant NI regulations which, for whatever reason, causes you concern and Departmental officials will respond directly to these.

The link below will redirect you to the Department Of Enterprise, Trade and Industry website where you can submit your views on any red tape issues. DETI are the lead Department in Northern Ireland for Better Regulation and all comments and suggestions will, in the first instance, be directed through that Department. DETI will ensure that all feedback received is sent to the appropriate Department and the Better Regulation Advisory Unit within DARD will ensure that any agriculture and rural development comments on cutting red tape will be responded to as soon as possible.
