About Better Regulation Advisory Unit
- We will develop, in conjunction with other DARD business areas, a Better Regulation Action Plan (2010 – 2013) to take forward the recommendations in the NI Better Regulation and Simplification Review
- We will implement a programme of better regulation to raise awareness and share best practice across all NICS departments;
- We will provide a co-ordination and advice function to all DARD business areas to ensure that they deliver on Better Regulation Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets by implementing the Departmental Action Plan;
- We will help to ensure that the principles of Better Regulation are embedded into policy and operational work programmes across all DARD business areas.
