LEADER+ Programme Complement
Summary:
This Programme Complement sets out the operational details at Action and Measure level as described in the Programme. The Programme Complement has been developed in line with European Commission guidance. The Programme Complement is approved by the Programme Monitoring Committee, which is also responsible for agreeing amendments. This Programme Complement is sent to the European Commission for information purposes. The Programme Complement provides details of activities eligible for support under the Programme, indicative financial allocations at Measure level, and quantified targets against which Programme performance will be measured.
